Payment verification

Razorpay payments are subject to payment confirmation. QR/UPI orders remain pending until the transaction is verified against our bank or merchant account. Submitting a UTR number or screenshot alone does not confirm payment.

Returns and refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 7 calendar days from delivery under our 7-Day Return & Refund Policy.

Delivery estimates may vary by location, courier operations and other circumstances outside our control.
